At Biroti, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Every CoolWeave set comes with a 30-night trial: sleep on it, wash it by the care instructions, and decide on your own mattress.

Return Conditions

• Sets should be cared for according to the care instructions (machine wash cold, no fabric softener) and free of permanent stains, tears, or damage beyond normal use.
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the set. Items with damage or misuse beyond the normal trial cannot be approved.
• To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

• If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free. We have it covered.
• For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
