Bandarban: Bandarban is a district in South-Eastern Bangladesh and a part of the Chittagong Division. It is one of the three hill districts of Bangladesh. It's in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Bandarban city is the headquarters of the Bandarban district.
The mysterious Boga Lake is believed to be created almost 2000 years back. So, it is very natural that the creation of the Boga Lake is considered to relate to some ancient supernatural mythologies. Nafa-Khum Waterfall is located in Thanchi Upazila of Bandarban on the Sangu River. It is among the largest waterfalls in the country by volume of water falling. The wild hilly river Sangu suddenly falls down here about 25–30 feet.
Keokradong is a peak located in Bandarban, Bangladesh, with an elevation of 986 meters (3,235 ft). Some sources claim it as the highest point of Bangladesh. This becomes the first trekking experience for Bangladeshi Trekkers.
Meghla Parjatan Complex is situated 5 kilometers before entering the Bandarban town. This place is located on the Bandarban- Keranihat road. This place is the most popular tourist spot in Bandarban. The Sangu River is a river in Myanmar and Bangladesh. Its source is in the North Arakan Hills of Myanmar. It's a mind-blowing, strangely beautiful mountain river.
The location of Chimbuk hill is about 23 km away from Bandarban district town. Chimbuk tourist center is located at the top of Chambuk hill. The beautiful scenery on both sides of the winding left the road leading to the 2,500-foot-high Chimbuk Mountains above sea level and the beauty of the spiraling Sangu River soothe the manor.
Nilachal is located in the Bandarban district of Bangladesh. At an altitude of about 1800 feet above sea level, a magnificent hill has been built on the top of Tiger para hill. This is a tourist center. The view from Nilachal to Bandarban is amazing. The sky is clear If there is, the view of the sea can be seen from here.
Shoilo Prapat is located 6 km from Bandarban Ruma Road. It is a marvel of natural beauty. The icy water of the fountain is flowing here all the time. The water of this fountain is very clear. Although the view of this waterfall can be seen during the rainy season, it is very difficult to get down to the waterfall. Most of the year is full of domestic and foreign tourists stays.
